2021 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Early spring produced mild temperatures that brought enough warmth during the day and cool nights. Summer heatwaves were moderated with the help of refreshing marine breezes. Following the even-paced growing season, vintners started picking early in many regions. 2021’s overall higher temperatures reduced yields, which resulted in quality fruit with outstanding concentration and complexity.
